How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Mixsorts Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Mixsorts Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Mixsorts Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@mixsorts.garden and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
