How Our Network Works
Talk to a local provider

Who You Talk To
When you reach out through Mixsorts Tree Service, you are connected with an independent local provider. That provider is a tree business that runs its own crews, sets its own schedule and writes its own quote. Mixsorts Tree Service makes the introduction. The provider does the work.
What Happens on the Call
The first conversation is usually short and simple. The provider will likely ask:
- Where is the tree, and how close is it to the house, wires or fence?
- How big is it, and does it look dead, leaning or cracked?
- Has a storm already caused damage?
- Do you also want the stump ground down?
Photos can help. If the situation is urgent, say so right away. Many providers can respond quickly, though availability varies.
What to Ask a Provider
You do not need to be an expert. A few clear questions will do:
- Can I get a written quote that lists everything included?
- Do you carry the license and insurance this work requires? Can I see proof?
- Who handles cleanup, and is the wood and debris hauled away?
- Is stump grinding part of the price or separate?
- How will you protect my roof, lawn and fences while working?
- What upkeep do you suggest for the trees that remain?
Write the answers down. Compare them if you talk to more than one provider.
You Are in Control
A conversation is not a contract. You can ask questions, wait for a written quote, and say no. There is no obligation to hire anyone. Costs vary by job, so take your time to read the quote before you agree. Protecting your home matters more than rushing.
